• Expired Certificate Errors with Virtual Classroom And Chat (Tuesday, April 17, 2012)
  
  Students and Faculty who do access Chat and Virtual Classroom tools after Monday, April 16th will see a pop-up box advising them that they are using an expired certificate. The end user will be prompted to either “Allow” or “Deny” the usage of the expired certificate. Specific error message language will depend on the browser and version in use. If the user chooses to “Allow” the certificate, the pop-up should not reoccur. If the user chooses “Deny”, the feature will not work until “Allow” is selected. A patch from blackboard is expected in the coming week.

  Your student email address may be displayed within the Blackboard system to other authorized/registered students within your blackboard class.
